Fourth floor, 3 storey penthouse, particularly suited to 3 families, 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, sleeps up to 18.  First floor has large, well-equipped open-plan kitchen, dining table that can seat large groups, Euro-laundry, bathroom with bathtub, living area with gas fireplace, and drying cupboard.  

Second floor has master bedroom (king) with ensuite, two further (king) bedrooms, one with a set of single bunks, and a further bathroom (with a great view of wombat’s ramble from the shower!).  Top floor is a kids retreat, with 2 queen bunks (ie 4 queen beds) and 2 king single beds, TV area and a bathroom.  Ski locker has ample storage and boot dryers.
